The ISL32485EIBZ-T7A is a Full Fail-Safe RS-485/RS-422 standard differential transceiver with 5.5 V supply fault protected. Available in surface mount SOIC-14 package.

  • High Rx IOL for Opto-Couplers in Isolated Designs
  • Hot Plug Circuitry: Tx and Rx Outputs Remain Three-State During Power-up/Power-down
