The L6564HTR is a 22.5 V, 6 mA high voltage start-up transition-mode PFC controller and is available in SOIC-14 package.
This device is suitable for applications that must be compliant with energy saving regulations and where the PFC preregulator works as the master stage.

- Fast “bi-directional” input voltage feedforward (1/V2correction)
- Accurate adjustable output overvoltage protection
- Protection against feedback loop disconnection (latched shutdown)
- Inductor saturation protection
- AC brownout detection
- Low (≤ 100 μA) startup current
- 6 mA max. operating bias current
- 1% (@ TJ= 25 °C) internal reference voltage
- -600/+800 mA totem pole gate driver with active pull-down during UVLO

- PFC pre-regulators for:
- High-end AC-DC adapter/charger
- IEC61000-3-2 or JEITA-MITI compliant SMPS, in excess of 400 W
