The DDZ9690-7 is a lead, Halogen and Antimony free, RoHS Compliant “Green” Device.Diodes Inc’s DDZ9690-7 is designed to provide voltage regulation with a minimum working voltage of 5.6 volts and 5% tolerance and provides total power dissipation of 500mW.
