SRDA05-6: railclamp 500 Watt Low Capacitance 15pf / Line Array
RailClamps are surge rated diode arrays designed to protect high speed data interfaces. The SR series has been specifically designed to protect sensitive components which are connected to data and transmission lines from overvoltage caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transients (EFT), and lightning.
SRDA05-6.TBT
The srda05-6 is designed to offer transient protection for high-speed data lines. It is contructed using an array of surge-rated diodes with internal TVS diode. It is capable of protecting six I/O lines and power supply lines. It features low capacitance (< 15 pF) for high-speed interfaces and low operating & clamping voltages.
