While both materials have the same characteristics, the same tests according to UL and VDE are passed. The Relay form (dimensions), features and rantings keep unchanged.ason for Changes:Dear customer, to ensure a consistently high quality and to ensure the delivery capability we intend to change the current plastic material of the Cover. These parts are affected by the change mentioned above!
Description of Changes:Dear customer, this PCN is a correction of PCN-22-125558 as we do not make use of a white adhesive but have qualified an orange adhesive. The reason for the change keeps the same: To keep aligned with the regulations of RoHS not just for the finished relay but also throughout the complete process of production we change the sealing adhesive. The following qualification tests did not show any difference to the current adhesive: contact compatibility test, thermal endurance, mechanical endurance, relay tightness test. Please ignore original PCN-22-125558Reason for Changes:RoHS compliance throughout the complete process.
