The AQY221N2M is a micro-miniature SON package type lower output capacitance and on resistance (CXR) 40 V load voltage solid state relay. This is a new PhotoMOS relay with a SON package volume ratio approximately 43% that of previous SSOP. The AQY221N2M features a micro-miniature leadless construction, for even greater miniaturization and higher density mounting for measuring equipment.
