EIC-1176 Product Supply Notification - SSR Products**Refer to PCN123272 (Purge's P002286.0 (EMEA) & P002290.0 (NA)) - EIC-1175**During production monitoring, our team identified certain wafer lots for additional technical verification, prompting further analysis, risk assessment, and additional reliability evaluations related to certain SSR products.As a result, specific material remains under internal review pending completion of technical assessment and reliability testing. Consequently, shipments of some products are temporarily on hold and may be delayed until the evaluation process is completed, and material disposition decisions are finalized.The first reliability read point is scheduled for WW33. The results, together with the ongoing technical assessment, will be used to support material disposition decisions. We will provide an update regarding material availability and shipment status no later than 14-August-2026.Littelfuse is actively working to minimize any impact and will continue to provide updates as additional information becomes available.

Description of Change:Littelfuse IXYS Integrated Circuits Division (ICD) would like to inform you that we have qualified an additional material for use in back-side metallization process, for the part numbers listed in this PCN.*Effective date: December 30, 2025
Detailed Description of Change:Recently, we received a vendor notification, indicating certain mold compounds from their portfolio will require requalification for UL flammability compliance.As a result, we need to remove the UL 94 V-0 flammability rating from our datasheets for the part numbers listed in the attached document.We would like to inform you that although components shipped from Littelfuse beginning with date code 2438 are considered to not have a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, they remain fully compliant with the certifications outlined in their respective data sheets. There are no material changes to the parts affected. No other changes are done to the certificates included in UL files No. E69938 and E174201 or to TUV file No. B 082667 0008.
