Description:This Product Change Notification(PCN) is to inform about a manufacturing location change from TE Woert to TE Speyer for PartNumbers, according to VDA Trigger Matrix No.29 and AIAG section 3.1, item 4.The change has no impact to form-fit-function.Reason for Changes:As a result of a thorough analysis of demand picture, matching our customer needs, we are going to optimize value stream of PNs in scope of this PCN. This change will support the need of our customers for shorter lead-times and optimized value streams.First Date To Ship (Changed Parts Only): 24-APR-2026
Description of Changes: Manufacturing location change. The terminal produced in TE Brazil plant (506) will be supplied by TE Germany plant (495). Before 2021 the terminal was supplied by TE Germany plant.Reason for Changes: Dear Customer, as a result of our continuous strive for improving our processes, we hereby inform you about the terminal produced in Brazil plant will be supplied by TE Germany plant. The change is executed by following a strict procedure, which guarantees no negative influence on quality, ability to supply and form-fit-function of the concerned products. The new manufacturing location is under a certified quality management system according the standard industry requirements. An internal release based on our specifications will be executed before any parts will be delivered, which guarantees the performance.
Description of Changes: This product change notification (PCN) is to inform you about a change in delivery unit & minimum order quantity (MOQ) impacting PNs listed below in this PCN. Change was already communicated via P-23-024531 but new PCN informs about postponed activation date: As of February 20, 2024 we will increase the delivery unit & the min. order quantity according to attached file. The order quantity should therefore be not less than the MOQ and should be dividable through the MOQ. Dimensions and material of product and shipping box will stay the same. The change has no impact to form-fit-function. TE Change process follows a strict procedure, which fully maintains quality and ability to supply. The product in scope of this PCN is TE general sales / catalogue product, therefore TE reserves the right to determine delivery unit & MOQ. No PPAP will be submitted for this PCN. It is kindly requested to adjust order quantities before the activation on February 20, 2024 to avoid blocked orders.Reason for Changes: New specification. To assure standardized and uniform packaging for each basic product part number, to improve sustainability and minimize quality risks.
