The BD5230FVE-TR is a highly accurate, low current consumption CMOS voltage detector IC, available in surface mount VSOF-5 package.

This device is available for specific detection voltages ranging from 2.3V to 6.0V in increments of 0.1V and it comes with a capacitor-controlled time delay.
