Description of change:In line with strategic growth, LITEON Technology Corporation has added an additional site (LITEON Thailand) to expand SMD capacity for improvement in manufacturing efficiency and delivery performance since 2020. There are no differences in materials used as compared to those of the currently approved LITEON SMD production line. With existing Tianjin, Changzhou factory and the additional Thailand factory, LITEON will continue to ensure better product quality, lead-time and delivery schedule to our customers.
