Change was already communicated via P-23-024531 but new PCN informs about postponed activation date: As of February 20, 2024 we will increase the delivery unit & the min. order quantity according to attached file. The order quantity should therefore be not less than the MOQ and should be dividable through the MOQ. Dimensions and material of product and shipping box will stay the same. The change has no impact to form-fit-function. TE Change process follows a strict procedure, which fully maintains quality and ability to supply. The product in scope of this PCN is TE general sales / catalogue product, therefore TE reserves the right to determine delivery unit & MOQ. No PPAP will be submitted for this PCN. It is kindly requested to adjust order quantities before the activation on February 20, 2024 to avoid blocked orders.Reason for Changes: New specification. To assure standardized and uniform packaging for each basic product part number, to improve sustainability and minimize quality risks.

The receiving manufacturing locations operates under a certified Quality Management System in accordance with standard automotive requirements and respective customer specific requirements. TE Connectivity will and has initiated appointments with our customers to share the details about the upcoming changes and the proposals in terms of notification, validation, release and PPAP scenarios for the different product groups affected. In case any PPAP is required for customer owned tools and / or finished good parts saleable part numbers, we kindly ask you to get in touch with your Sales representative first to achieve a common understanding and agreement on both sides.
