The TC4452VAT is a Part of TC4452 Series 12 A 18 V Low Side High-Speed MOSFET Driver, Available in 220-5 Pin TO Package.

The TC4452 are single-output MOSFET Drivers, which are high-current buffer/drivers capable of driving large MOSFETs and Insulated Gate Bipolar Transisitors (IGBT).
