The DTC123TKAT146 is a part of DTC123TKA Series 50 V 100 mA, NPN Epitaxial planar silicon Transistor and it is available in a SMT-3 package.
Features:
- Built-in bias resistor enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistor
- The bias resistors consist of thin-flim resistor with complete isolation to allow positive biasing of the input. They also have the advantage of almost completely eliminating parasitic effects
- Only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation,making the device design easy
