The ISL3034EIRTZ is a quad channel bi-directional and auto-direction sensing level translator,  available in surface mount TQFN-16 package.

This device is ideally suited for memory-card level translation, specially in bit-by-bit direction control. It operate at full speed with external input drivers that source as little as 4mA output current.
