The NCP1117LPSTADT3G is a part of NCP1117 series linear voltage regulator. It has a storage temperature ranging from -65°C to +150°C and its available in SOT-223 package.

The NCP1117LP Low Dropout (LDO) Linear Voltage Regulator is the low power version of the popular NCP1117 family of low dropout voltage regulators, with reduced quiescent current. It is intended primarily for high volume consumer applications over the 0 to 125 degree temperature range.
