Renesas | DG445DYZ

The DG445DYZ is a monolithic CMOS analog switch with four independent single pole single throw (SPST) analog switches, TTL and CMOS compatible digital inputs. It is available in 16 pin SOIC package.

This device feature lower analog ON resistance (<85 Ω) and faster switch time (tON <250 ns) compared to the DG211 and DG212. Charge injection has been reduced, simplifying sample and hold applications.
