The RCLAMP0502A.TCT is a part of RCLAMP series 18 V 0.9 pF SMT RailClamp® low capacitance TVS srray. It has a operating temperature ranging from -55°C to +125°C and its available in SC-89 package.

The RailClamp® series consists of ultra low capacitance TVS arrays designed to protect high speed data interfaces. This series has been specifically designed to protect sensitive components which are connected to high-speed data and transmission lines from overvoltage caused by ESD (electrostatic discharge), CDE (Cable Discharge Events), and EFT (electrical fast transients).
