The lead frame dimension optimization is implemented to improve the process capability and can be only observed via X-Ray.In this notice is the sample X-Ray image difference between original and new lead frame.
It's our pleasure to announce, that Littelfuse have successfully completed the On Thyristor portfolio transfer.Attached please find the updated Rev.B of PCN qualification report, which now cover all the transfer part numbers in On Thyristor portfolio. And also attached a �New affected part number list� - the newly completed parts in TO-251, TO-252 and TO-225AA (those remain part numbers did not cover at last transfer PCN report in Feb'14 notification).This report covers manufacturing site transfer activities of Thyristor products acquired from ON Semiconductor. Site transfer includes backend assembly, final test and packaging operations.
