The IR2127SPBF is a single channel, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with current sensing feature, available in SOIC-8 package.
The proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technology enable ruggedized monolithic construction. The protection circuity detects over-current in the driven power transistor and terminates the gate drive voltage.

- Fully operational to +600 V
- Tolerant to negative transient voltage dV/dt immune

- Motor Drive: 12 to 20 V
- Automotive: 9 to 20 V
