The FAN7888MX is a FAN7888 Series 20 V 350 mA SMT 3 Channel Half Bridge Motor Driver - SOIC-20 package .

The FAN7888 is a monolithic three half-bridge gate-drive IC designed for high-voltage, high-speed driving MOSFETs and IGBTs operating up to +200V. An advanced level-shift circuit allows high-side gate driver operation .
