The MIC94095YC6 TR is a 5.5 V 1.2 A 225 mO Surface Mount High Side Load Switch and it is available in a SC-70-6 package .
The MIC94090/1/2/3/4/5 is a family of high-side load switches designed for operation from 1.7 V to 5.5 V input voltage. The load switch pass element is an internal 130 m? R DS(ON) P-channel MOSFET which enables the device to support up to 1.2 A continuous current. Additionally, the load switch supports 1.5 V logic level control and shutdown features.
