The LD29080S33R is a high current, high accuracy, low drop fixed and adjustable voltage regulator with an output voltage of 3.3 V and an output current up to 800 mA. It is available in surface mount SOT-223 package.

These regulators feature 400 mV dropout voltages and very low ground current. Designed for high current loads, these devices also find applications in lower current, extremely low dropout-critical systems, where their tiny dropout voltage and ground current values are important attributes.
