The SPX3819M5-L-1-8/TRis a 500 mA positive voltage regulator with a low dropout voltage and low noiseoutput. It is available in 5 pin SOT-23 package.

This device offers a very low ground current of 800 μA at 100 mA output. Ithas an initial tolerance of less than 1% max and a logic compatible ON/OFFswitched input. When disabled, power consumption drops to nearly zero. It is anexcellent choice for use in battery-powered applications such as cordlesstelephones, radio control systems, and portable computers.
