The ZSR500 three terminal fixed positive voltage regulator features internal circuit current limit and thermal shutdown making the device difficult to destroy. It is suited to local voltage regulation applications, where problems could be encountered with distributed single source regulation, as well as more general voltage regulation applications.
ZSR500GTA is a 5V voltage regulator in a SOT223 package. It has an output current up to 200mA and does not require external components. It has an internal thermal shutdown and short circuit current limit.
