Description of change:Current status:Clear coating resist material CT-3050L 2New status:Clear coating resist material CT-3300Reason:In response to supply concerns arising from the REACH restriction update and raw material discontinuation, we are introducing a clear coating resist material change. Our resist supplier (FFEM) is phasing out the original material - CT-3050L-2. Together with FFEM we have thoroughly evaluated alternatives and propose replacing it with CT-3300, which has demonstrated nearly identical material performance. Surface uniformity and striation performance remain comparable to the existing material, ensuring same quality and a seamless transition.
