The MBR0540T1G is a 0.5 A 40 V surface mount schottky power rectifier, employs the schottky barrier principle with a barrier metal that produces optimal forward voltage drop−reverse current tradeoff.

It is ideally suited for low voltage, high frequency rectification, or as a free wheeling and polarity protection diodes in surface mount applications where compact size and weight are critical to the system.
