The DTD113ZKT146 is a NPN digital transistor with built-in resistors of 1 kΩ and transition frequency of 200 MHz. Available in surface mount SC-59 package.
Features :
- Built-in bias resistors enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors
- The bias resistors consist of thin-flim resistors with complete isolation to allow negative biasing of the input. They also have the advantage of almost completely eliminating parasitic effects
- Only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation, making the device design easy
