The FDC5614P is a FDC series of 60 V 105 mΩ P-Channel Logic Level PowerTrench Mosfet and it's available in SSOT-6 package .
This 60V P-Channel MOSFET uses high voltage PowerTrench process. It has been optimized for power management applications.
