The 74VHC112MX is an advanced high speed Dual J-K Flip-Flops with preset and clear CMOS device, fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. Available in SOIC-16 package.

It achieves the high-speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation.

  • Low power dissipation ICC = 2 µA (max) at TA = 25°C
