The IR OSLON® Black Series by ams OSRAM offers a versatile range of infrared emitters designed to meet a variety of application requirements. Available in 850 nm for maximum camera sensitivity, 940 nm for minimal visible glow in semi-covert setups, and 920 nm for a balanced compromise, these emitters deliver exceptional total optical flux in a compact 3.75 × 3.75 mm² footprint. Their industry-standard package size allows dense packing and high design flexibility. These products are available in a variety of illumination profiles.

Low thermal resistance supports reliable operation in high ambient temperatures, while high current DC capability ensures strong, consistent output for demanding environments.
