The MC33269DR2-3.3G is a fixed and adjustable low dropout positive voltage regulator with a medium current of 800 mA, available in a SOIC-8 package.
The regulator consists of a 1.0 V dropout composite PNP-NPN pass transistor, current limiting and thermal shutdown.
