The 1N5817G is a lead free RoHS compliant Shottky barrier rectifier with a Peak Repetitive Reverse Voltage of 20 V, a Non-Repetitive Peak Reverse Voltage of 24 V and a RMS Reverse Voltage of 14 V. The 1N5817G also has a Operating and Storage Junction Temperature Range of -65 to +125 ºC.
