The 1N4728A to 1N4764A series of Voltage stabilizing Zener diodes is offered in the DO-41 Glass case package and is used in stabilizing and clipping circuits with high power rating. The 1N4728A to 1N4764A series has a forward voltage of 1.2 V and a standard Zener voltage of ±5%.
The 1N4738A-TAP is a lead free RoHS compliant voltage stabilizing Zener diode with a test current of 31 mA and a nominal Zener voltage of 8.2 V. The 1N4737A-TAP also has a surge current of 550 mA and maximum regulator current of 110 mA.Emballages disponibles
