The MX25L3206EMI-12G is a 32 Mb CMOS Serial Flash Memory with serial peripheral interface and software protocol , that supports read, erase and program operations. It is available in surface mount SOIC-16 package.

- 1024 Equal Sectors with 4K byte each - any sector can be erased individually
