Fonctionnalités et applications
The MUN2232T1G is a part of MUN series NPN silicon bias resistor transistor. It has a storage temperature ranging from -55°C to +150°C and its available in SC-59-3 package.
The NPN Bipolar Digital Transistor is designed to replace a single device and its external resistor bias network. It contains a single transistor with a monolithic bias network consisting of two resistors: a series base resistor and a base-emitter resistor. This eliminates these individual components by integrating them into a single device and can reduce both system cost and board space. The device is housed in the SC-59 package which is designed for low power surface mount applications.
