Sullins manufactures headers for use in SMT or dip solder applications, in straight or right angle contact terminations. There is a variety of contact option lengths to choose from, including common industry lengths.
Standard material for housing is manufactured in Polyester for straight or right angle contact terminations. We also offer in Nylon 6-T for SMT or any application that requires longer processing time. Contact material used is Phosphor Bronze. There are 2 plating options to choose from that meet Rohs compliant standards.
Part can be used in applications that require 3 Amp Current Rating with operating temperatures that can range from -40oC to +105oC.
PPPC152LFBN-RC is a dual row 15 position, 30 contacts total, straight dip solder female header. Insulator material Polyester used in applications that require processing temperature 210oC, for 5 seconds maximum. Contacts are .75 mm square x .4 mm, plated with gold flash overall. Insulator height 8.5 mm with 3.2 mm tail.
