Description of ChangesThis Product Change Notification (PCN) is to inform about a transfer of tools and/or processes from TE Kurim to TE Tangier. The transfer follows a strict procedure, which fully maintains quality, ability to supply and form-fit-function of the concerned products, including internal release and product validation as per OEM/CAM requirements, where applicable. The new manufacturing location operates under a certified quality management system in accordance with defined requirements. PPAP/PSW will be prepared (as per agreements between the two parties, including the negotiated TE trigger matrix), a request via ePPAP (via www.te.com or request to TE Sales representative) needs to be initiated by Customer within 2 weeks after receiving of this PCN. In case no request is obtained till above mentioned date, PPAP/PSW will be considered as approved, and the change is considered as fully released.Other attachments: ECR-2025-02-222(K)-EReason for Changes:As a result of a thorough analysis of demand picture, matching our customer needs, we are going to optimize value stream of PNs in scope of this PCN. Description of Changes: This product change notification (PCN) is to inform you about a change in delivery unit & minimum order quantity (MOQ) impacting PNs listed below in this PCN. As of February 20, 2024 we will increase the delivery unit & the minimum order quantity according to attached file. The order quantity should therefore be not less than the MOQ and should be dividable through the MOQ. Dimensions and material of product and shipping box will stay the same. The change has no impact to form-fit-function. TE Change process follows a strict procedure, which fully maintains quality and ability to supply.
