Vishay was founded in 1962 and is now one of the world’s largest manufacturers of discrete semiconductors.

The 1N5391 thru 1N5399 series is offered in the DO-204AL package that provides low leakage current and a low forward voltage drop. The 1N5391 thru 1N5399 series also provides high forward surge capability and has a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 50 V to 1000 V. The 1N5391 thru 1N5399 series is used for general purpose rectification of power supplies, inverters, converters and freewheeling diodes applications.

The 1N5392-E3/54 is general purpose plastic rectifier with a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100 V and a maximum RMS voltage of 70 V. The 1N5392-E3/54 also has a maximum direct current of 100 V.
