The MIC5353-1.8YMT TR is an high performance, single-output, ultra-low LDO (ULDO) regulator, available in 1.6 mm x 1.6 mm thin MLF package.
This device is capable of sourcing 500 mA output current and offers high PSRR and low output noise, making it an ideal solution for RF applications and it has an operating junction temperature range of -40 °C to +125 °C.
