The SY89851UMG is a Part of SY89851U Series, low jitter, low skew, high-speed 1:2 differential fanout buffer optimized for precision telecom and enterprise server distribution applications.

It comes in a Package of QFN-16 and its operating temperature ranges from -40 °C to 85 °C.
