The MIC3809YM is a Part of MIC3809 Series 14 V 1 MHz Surface Mount High speed, Low power consumption BICMOS Current mode PWM Controller. It has an operating temperature ranging between -40 to 85°C and its available in SOIC-8 Surface mount package.
MIC3809YM is ideal for telecom level (36 V to 75 V) isolated step down dc/dc conversion applications where high output current, small size, and high efficiency are required.
