With over 30 years experience, Panasonic Electric Works of America (PEWA) is the recognized leader in the relay market. The CM series is ideal for automotive applications including fan motors, heaters, head lamps, air Compressors, EPS, ABS, blower fans, defoggers and other related applications. The CM series serves a multitude of other transportation applications including construction equipment as well as agricultural equipment.

The CM series from Panasonic Electric Works (formerly Aromat) is a rugged, compact and high capacity 35 amp automotive relay. This series is available in either Single Pole Double Throw (CM1), Single Pole Single Throw (CM1A) contact arrangements. This automotive relay series has a sealed construction and is available with a flux resistant protective construction (F). The CM series may include a diode (D) or a resistor (R) inside the relay. The CM Series relay offers voltage ratings of 12 or 24, with Micro-ISO type terminals and are available in plug-in mounting type or PC board (P) or Bracket Type (M).

The CM1-R-12V is a Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) rugged, compact automotive relay. With a plug-in mounting type the CM1-R-12V has a 12 volt coil voltage and is rated to 35 amps. It also has a resistor inside the relay.
