The DS series has been the industry standard since its conception in 1982.  With over 30 years experience, Panasonic Electric Works of America (PEWA) is the recognized leader in the Signal relay market. The DS series is ideal for telecommunication applications including measuring devices, office equipment, computers and other related equipment.

The DS series from Panasonic Electric Works (formerly Aromat) is a rugged, highly sensitive Signal relay. This series is available in either Single Pole Double Throw (DS1E), Double Pole Double Throw (DS2E) or Four Pole Double Throw (DS4E) contact arrangements.  Options include: single side stable or 1 or 2 coil latching. The DS Series relay offers voltage ratings from 1.5 to 48 volts and is rated to 2 amps. It is available in either 400 mW (M) or 200 mW (S) nominal operating power.

The DS1E-S-DC48V is a Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) rugged, highly sensitive Signal relay. With a 200 mA nominal operating power the DS1E-S-DC48V is rated to 2 amps and is only available in through hole mounting.
