Sullins offers .156" contact center edgecard connector. Parts are offered in .431” or .610” profile. Available in 1 or 2 rows. Depending on profile, Sullins manufactures parts as small as 2 or 3 positions without mounting ears and in many position sizes from 6 to 44 contacts per row, with or without mounting ears. Contacts are full bellows, hairpin, or loop bellows depending on profile.
Sullins manufactures edgecard connectors for use in dip solder applications, straight tails offer .140” or .200” row spacing in .431” profile and .200 in .610” profile. For right angle .156” row spacing in .431” profile and .150” or .200” in .610” profile edgecard. Sullins also offers .007” or .014” thick eyelet, wire wrap or card extender bend for straddle mount in many lengths and terminations.
Standard material for housing is manufactured in blue PBT. Sullins also offer alternate materials for applications that require longer processing time. Contact material used is Phosphor Bronze. Many plating options to choose from that meet Rohs compliant standards.
Parts can be used in applications that require 3 Amp Current Rating with operating temperatures that can range from -65oC to +150oC depending on material.
ESM06DTMS-S227 is a dual row 6 position, 12 contacts total, edgecard .610” profile on .156” contact centers, right angle .025” square dip solder termination with side holes in mounting ears.
Insulator material PBT used in applications that require maximum operating temperature 125°C with processing temperature 260°C, for 10 seconds maximum. Loop Bellow contacts plated with .000010” Gold overall and .000050” nickel underplate. Tail length is .500” from side of body after bend with .150” row spacing.
