Microchip | MIC38C44AYMM

The MIC38C44AYMM is a fixed frequency, high performance, current-mode PWM controller with a maximum duty cycle of 50%. Available in surface mount MSOP-8 package.

This device is pin compatible with 384x bipolar devices but feature several improvements. The undervoltage lockout circuitry allows the MIC38C44 to start up at 14.5 V and operate down to 9 V, and also features a trimmed oscillator discharge current and band gap reference.
