High-efficiency, low-noise LDO regulators optimized for battery-powered devices, portable applications, and noise-sensitive circuits

The onsemi T30LMPSR131 and T30LMPSR165 linear regulators (LDOs) deliver ultra-low dropout voltage, fast transient response, and high efficiency for compact, battery-powered, and noise-sensitive applications. Both devices are optimized for smartphones, tablets, camera modules, and wireless LAN devices, offering excellent PSRR, low quiescent current, and stable operation with small ceramic capacitors.
