The TQ SMD Series relay offers voltage ratings from 1.5 to 48 volts and is rated to 2 amps.

The TQ SMD series from Panasonic Electric Works (PEW) is a low profile, highly sensitive Signal relay only available in Double Pole Double Throw (TQ2 series) contact arrangements.  The TQ SMD series is available in either single side stable or 1 or 2 coil latching. This low profile (6 mm height) relay series is available with standard surface-mount terminal type (SA), or high connection reliability surface-mount terminal type (SL), or space saving surface-mount terminal type (SS). Parts are also available in tape and reel packaging, please add –z at the end of the part number.

The TQ2SA-L-4.5V is a 2 amp, low profile surface mount highly sensitive signal relay.  The TQ2SA-L-4.5V has Double Pole Double Throw (DPDT) contact arrangement and is 1 coil latching.
