The MOCD208M is a part of MOCD208 Series, this device consist of two silicon phototransistors optically coupled to two GaAs infrared LEDs. This device is constructed in a small outline surface mount package which conforms to the standard SOIC-8 footprint. It has an Operating Temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C.
