The NC7SZ18P6X is an Ultra-High Speed Tiny Logic 1-of-2 CMOS non-inverting Demultiplexer with 3-state deselected output. Available in SC-70-6 package.
This device is fabricated with advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultra high speed with high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation over a broad VCC operating range.
