The TLHY4401 is a High Intensity LED with Ø 3 mm Tinted Diffused Package. The TLH.44.. series was developed for standard applications like general indicating and lighting purposes.
It is housed in a 3 mm tinted diffused plastic package. The wide viewing angle of these devices provides a high on-off contrast. It has an Operating temperature ranges b/w -40 °C to 100 °C.
